Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, including administering chemotherapy, managing patient symptoms, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize care to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in oncology care.
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in Illinois.
  • Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Certification within 6 months.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
