Clinical Therapist

We are hiring a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of clinical professionals at Cornerstone Rehab.

**Compensation:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and location.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in skilled nursing facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized speech therapy sessions to patients with various communication disorders.
• Develop and implement personalized plans of care, taking into account patients' needs and capabilities.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a valid State Speech Language Pathologist License and Credentials, as well as experience working in SNF and/or Acute care settings.
