Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various internal teams, including kitchen buyers and SAP coordinators across multiple locations, as well as analysts in Pricing, Billing, and Menu Specifications for designated accounts.
  • Gather and analyze menu specifications for assigned accounts, addressing and resolving any inconsistencies.
  • Maintain and input the Sales and Production Bill of Materials for all units associated with assigned accounts.
  • Upload specification images and cooking instructions for all menus related to assigned accounts.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity and quality of master data within Data Systems.
  • Provide mentorship and support to Junior Data Management Analysts as required.
  • Engage in new project pilots in collaboration with the Continuous Improvement team.
Training:
  • Support the team in meeting training and development needs within the Business Unit or department, and assist in the growth of peers and other ASG team members.
Leadership and Development:
  • Work in partnership with all functional business units within ASG to meet strategic, tactical, and project objectives.

Qualifications:

Education:
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
Work Experience:
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in an analytical role.
  • Proven experience in an SAP environment.
  • Experience in operations or manufacturing settings.
  • Background in food production or food service industries.
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in training and development is preferred.
Technical Skills:
  • No specific certifications required.
Language / Communication Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
