Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including progress notes and medication administration records.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Connecticut.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
- ACLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
- Circulate experience required.
- Shift: 5, 8Hr 06:45 - 15:15.
- Weekend requirement: every other weekend.
- On-call requirement: yes, weekend and night.
- I-9 must be completed by authorized representative.
- Government-issued photo ID required.
