">This is a Full-time position for Ascension St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. It requires 36 hours of work per week and offers an estimated annual salary of $83,750 to $107,000, depending on experience.
">Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure high-quality care.">
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to provide timely updates.">
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.">
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders to maintain efficient workflows.">
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.">
Requirements
">- ">
- BLS Provider certification obtained within one month of hire date required.">
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date required.">
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or equivalent required.">
