Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN to join our Hemodialysis team at Samaritan Hospital in Troy. As a part-time dialysis nurse, you will be responsible for the overall supervision and management of our patients, working alongside Fresenius HD RN's, LPN's, and certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technicians in the inpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality nursing care to patients undergoing hemodialysis
  • Assess and manage patients' needs, including medication administration and blood product management
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Requirements
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York
  • ASN required, BSN preferred
  • BLS Certification
  • Effective verbal and written communication
