We are seeking a dedicated Endocrinology Physician to join our innovative healthcare organization, Inspire Healthcare. This role is primarily focused on outpatient care within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) environment.
Job Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients with endocrine disorders.
- Work in a newly established clinic designed for optimal patient experience.
- Maintain a consistent work schedule of five days a week from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Participate in rotating Saturday shifts every other week.
- Manage a patient load of approximately 18-20 individuals daily.
- Attractive salary with full benefits package.
- Compensation range between $260,000 and $285,000, subject to negotiation.
- Comprehensive malpractice insurance including tail coverage.
- Health, vision, dental insurance, and a 403(b) retirement plan.
- All holidays off, aligning with school calendar days.
- Loan repayment assistance of $50,000 per year, contingent on a two-year commitment, with no cap on repayment extension thereafter.
