Job Overview

ESC, Inc is seeking a skilled Project Manager to support a brand new contract. The ideal candidate will have experience leading projects from initiation through closeout, creating schedules, scope, resource management, budget estimations, and risk mitigation. The role requires strong facilitation skills, with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, business users, and technical resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Develop and manage project schedules, scope, and resource plans
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Work with the PMO to establish and maintain project standards, processes, and internal controls
  • Contribute to the development of Enterprise Change Management strategies and plans
  • Lead elicitation sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop project plans
  • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
  • 60 months of experience leading projects from initiation through closeout
  • 48 months of experience facilitating meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • 48 months of experience working on Enterprise Change Management strategies and plans
  • 36 months of experience facilitating project retrospectives and evaluating project outcomes
  • 36 months of experience contributing to the establishment of PMO standards and processes
  • 36 months of experience leading elicitation sessions with stakeholders
  • 36 months of experience working with Case Management applications
  • 30 months of experience working in State Government
  • Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences, or Education
  • Communication-focused Certification (i.e., counseling, mediation, education)
