Public Health Nurse

This is a position for a Registered Nurse working with immunizations in Provo and at satellite clinics throughout Utah County.
This is a Time Limited position and does not include benefits.
Preference may be given to candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
Administering Immunizations;
Counseling for Immunizations;
Blood draws;
Metabolic Screening tests;
Compliance with HIPAA regulations;
Communicating effectively and professionally;
Entering data or searching for patient records in electronic medical records;
Maintaining positive working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and the general public;
Working in off-site clinics as assigned;
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
OR Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university plus two (2) years of work experience as a registered nurse.
Applicants must possess a current registered nursing license for the State of Utah Applicants must possess a valid Utah driver's license or obtain a valid State of Utah driver's license within sixty (60) days of employment.
The selected applicant will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
