Job Summary:As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing primary care services to individuals and families in our community. You will examine, diagnose, and treat medical problems, prepare treatment plans, and provide follow-up and treatment as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide primary care services to individuals and families in our community.
- Examine, diagnose, and treat medical problems.
- Prepare treatment plans and provide follow-up and treatment as needed.
- Board certification or board eligibility in family medicine.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited three-year residency program in family medicine.
- Eligibility for an Oregon medical license, DEA, and CPR.
