Job Title: RN Assessor

Wellcove is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work as an Onsite Assessor for our Long Term Care Insurance eligibility assessments. As a RN Assessor, you will be responsible for scheduling and completing assessments in the claimant's home and/or facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and complete Long Term Care Insurance eligibility assessments
  • Document claimant demographics, physician information, and current medication and diagnosis list
  • Administer cognitive screening (MMSE or SPMSQ) and document claimant's ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks
  • Submit completed assessment documentation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment
  • Remain available for clarifications with AssuriCare's Clinical Review team
Requirements:
  • Current RN license
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable vehicle and/or public transportation
  • Professional liability insurance policy
  • Own computer or tablet and internet access
What We Offer:
  • $95 per assessment
  • Flexible, PRN/As Needed contract position
