Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse serves as a vital member of the healthcare team at Novant Health, providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with other team members to deliver optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish a personalized relationship with patients and their support systems
  • Collaborate with the RN-led team to provide high-quality care
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to assist patients during their health journey
  • Accept accountability for provision of care in accordance with current policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program
  • One year of relevant experience (preferred)
  • Appropriate state LPN license
  • Computer skills, phone call etiquette, and organizational skills
