Server Position

The Keswick Hall and Club is seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up tables in the dining area.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and orderliness.
• Provide genuine hospitality and recognition to guests.
• Promote hotel services and products.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer suggestions to ensure satisfaction.
• Take ownership of guest concerns and requests.
• Describe food and beverage menu items in an engaging and informative manner.
• Requisition supplies according to established procedures.
• Process payments and adhere to related control procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma and 1 year of food service experience.
• Fine dining experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage.
• Ability to multi-task and observe the dining room.
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize.
• Strong commitment to service.
• Exemplary English language skills.
• TIPS Certification.
• Certified in CPR, First Aid AED.
