Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and implement patient care services for pediatric patients, including developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate patient care services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on pediatric care and best practices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
- Current New York State license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pediatric nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or coordinator role.
- Certification in pediatric nursing preferred.
