Route Collector

Calling Experienced Route Collectors with Security, Military, or Armored Route Driver Backgrounds

North Vending LLC, a leading field services supplier for the B2B sector of the vending and coin-operated machine industry, is seeking skilled Field Collectors to service machines at client locations in the Chicago metropolitan area.

The core duties of this role include:

• Visiting assigned routes of small business retail locations
• Collection of assigned accounts receivable
• Providing status and issue reports
• Logging and flagging technical or location promotion and marketing issues
• Verifying hardware and software configuration versions are up-to-date
• Logging software update and stock delivery requests as necessary
• Conducting basic repairs and resolving paper jams in hardware
• Systematic documentation of all daily collection activities
• Utilizing the company's mobile phone application-based system to check in/out at the start/end of the shift and at every location visited
• Filling in Location Collection and End of Day/Route reports in the mobile database app, collecting and uploading applicable location receipts and other agreed documentation
• Endorsing and depositing all checks and cash as per agreed process rules on a daily basis
• Counting and submitting cash and supporting documentation to the Cash Collection Point Supervisor or Bank at the end of the shift
• Field/Route work - 100% travel for work on the route

Requirements:

• Own a vehicle (gas expenses compensated)
• Hold a clean Driver's License
• Hold a Concealed Carry Permit
• Confidence in building and maintaining relationships with business owners and managers at locations
• Good numerical and mathematical skills are a must
