Behavior Interventionist

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Behavior Technician. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement ABA therapy programs for clients with ASD and other developmental disabilities.

• Implementing ABA therapy programs: Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and individualized treatment plans designed by the BCBA to teach new skills and reduce problem behaviors.
• Collecting data: Recording objective data on client progress and behavior during therapy sessions to track outcomes and inform treatment decisions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the field of ABA and be able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and other team members.
