Position Overview:
The Product Development Engineer plays a pivotal role within the R&D Team in the United States, engaging in critical decision-making processes related to R&D initiatives, fostering innovation, and addressing significant market challenges encountered during execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume comprehensive responsibility for the development of gas water heater products and associated technologies.
- Develop relevant technical strategies informed by market trends and customer feedback, while identifying advanced technologies for future applications.
- Lead initiatives for continuous enhancement and cost optimization.
- Evaluate and resolve quality concerns, with a focus on improving product reliability and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Collect, analyze, and internalize pertinent product regulations and policies to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in combustion and heat transfer domains.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the product development of gas water heaters or similar fields.
- Experience in the development of burners, premixed gas systems, and/or instantaneous combustion technologies.
- Ability to interpret and apply design requirements in accordance with industry standards.
- Strong organizational and coordination capabilities, demonstrating a commitment to service, teamwork, and high execution standards.
- Proven track record of independently managing development projects from inception to market introduction.
Technical Proficiencies:
- Proficient in SolidWorks, Creo, and other 3D CAD software.
