Job Title: Home Health Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Glendale, California.

Job Summary:

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide speech therapy services to patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and document patient speech therapy data, identifying changes and trends in physical and emotional parameters.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, modifying or changing programs as needed.
  • Provide instruction to patients on ways to monitor speech and practice new skills.
  • Maintain accurate documentation as required by law, establishment policy, and administrative regulation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice required.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
