Job OverviewRallye Motor Company, a leading luxury automotive group, is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the company's technology infrastructure and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring the smooth operation of all technology infrastructure and systems.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with security standards.
- Proactively manage and coordinate technology projects, ensuring timely completion and quality deliverables.
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions that improve business operations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to ensure the company maintains a competitive edge.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor and manage IT budget, making cost-effective decisions to optimize resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and network management.
- Automotive IT experience preferred, but not required.
- Experience with Meraki Network Environment, Fortigate Firewalls, VeloCloud SD-WAN, Cisco Call Manager/Unity, Google Workspace Administration, Active Directory highly preferred.
- Strong Project Management background - PMP or similar certification preferred, but not required.
- Experience with new construction IT infrastructure design and rollout preferred.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
