Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and serve simple menu items.
  2. Process sales transactions, collect payments, and provide accurate change.
  3. Engage with customers to guarantee outstanding service and satisfaction.
  4. Accurately record all sales in the cash register.
  5. Perform closing duties, including cleaning, product storage, and waste disposal.
  6. Deliver prompt, friendly, and efficient service to all patrons.
  7. Verify identification for customers purchasing alcoholic beverages.
  8. Encourage additional sales through suggestive selling techniques.
  9. Maintain a tidy and safe work environment.
  10. Collaborate with team members to adhere to service standards and inventory management.
  11. Perform basic arithmetic operations involving U.S. currency.
  12. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Must be at least 18 years of age.
  2. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold service standards.
  3. Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  4. Fluency in English is required.
  5. Ability to work in an open-air environment under various weather conditions.
  6. Physical capability to lift and carry items weighing between 10-30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds, including navigating stairs and ramps.
  7. Availability to work during events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  8. Must possess sufficient mobility to perform tasks such as reaching, bending, and pushing for extended periods.
  9. Compliance with state and local health regulations for food handling and alcohol service is mandatory.
  10. Adhere to safety protocols and complete all required safety training.

Compensation: $14.77 per hour plus tips.

Benefits: 401K option available after six months of employment.
