Tenet Healthcare is actively seeking an exceptional Urogynecologist for a full-time opportunity with a well-established private practice with two office locations and a state-of-the-art Surgery Center in Arizona.
Key Highlights:
- Surgery 60% and Clinical/Procedures in office 40%
- Daily patient census: 15-25 patients per clinic day and 5-10 surgeries per week
- Opportunity for academic affiliations with the University of Arizona and Creighton University

Candidate Requirements:
- MD or DO
- BE/BC
- Urogynecology Fellowship
- Arizona licensed or eligible to obtain state licensure
