Winn-Dixie is a leading grocery store chain that offers a wide range of fresh produce, meat, and dairy products. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Meat Associate to join our team.

Job Summary

The Meat Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that our meat products are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide continuous attention to customer needs and greet, assist, and thank customers in a prompt, courteous, and friendly manner.
• Offer product suggestions to customers and stock and rotate department products to ensure freshness.
• Operate department equipment and tools, and maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a retail or grocery store environment preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
