Director of Nursing

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team at TEEMA Group. This is a unique opportunity to lead our clinical operations and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fiscal Management: Promote cost containment and efficient use of resources, coordinate purchasing of clinical equipment and supplies, and analyze work areas for cost-effective improvements.
- Clinical Operations: Determine and schedule staffing assignments, complete competency worksheets, and act as an onsite expert in clinical skills.
- Staff Supervision: Daily supervision of clinical staff, manage the hiring process, and conduct disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Purchasing: Match packing slips with invoices, approve and code invoices for payment, and monitor returns for credit.
- Miscellaneous Duties: Close the center at the end of the day, attend meetings, and perform additional duties as directed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent, current state RN license, and prior experience in a management role.
- ACLS/BLS certification, experience in GI diagnostic procedures, and familiarity with state, Medicare, AAAHC, and Joint Commission accreditation.
- Proficient in computer programs, including EXCEL, Outlook, and WORD, and strong organizational and analytical skills.
