Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Caregiver to provide personalized care to our homebound patients. As a Caregiver, you will work one-on-one with patients in their homes, following a tailored care plan that addresses their unique needs. About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting patients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship. You will also maintain accurate records of patient care and communicate effectively with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and prior experience in healthcare or caregiving. A background in Home Health Aide or Hospice care is an asset, but not required. You must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to lift up to 25 pounds, and have a reliable vehicle for transportation. We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
