Key Responsibilities- Independently maintain a clinical caseload in designated clinical areas, providing evidence-based evaluation and treatment to diverse patient populations.
- Deliver quality service delivery techniques that cater to patients' unique needs, taking into account their age, social, cultural, educational, and vocational background.
- Complete required documentation accurately and within the designated timeframe, including report writing, billing, and professional education database updates.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to promote best patient care and outcomes.
- Participate in peer review and performance improvement initiatives to drive excellence in clinical practice.
- Stay current with clinical best practices through ongoing education and professional development.
- Organize daily schedules to prioritize responsibilities, ensuring seamless integration of meetings, tasks, and patient care.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all policies and procedures related to patient care.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and patients, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
- Doctorate in Audiology or a Master's degree in Audiology.
- No experience required; 4th year AuD Externship/Residency is considered relevant clinical experience.
- NC licensure as an Audiologist and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or Board Certified in Audiology (ABOA).
