The Director of Sales and Marketing will play a pivotal role in generating and overseeing leads to qualify potential residents and assist them in the transition to their new home. Collaborating closely with the Executive Director and VP of Sales, you will develop an innovative and strategic marketing plan aimed at achieving occupancy targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through engaging phone conversations and community tours.
  • Devise strategies to enhance occupancy and meet established occupancy goals.
  • Collaborate with your team to organize events that attract potential residents to the community.
  • Build partnerships with local organizations and professional groups to create collaboration opportunities.
Qualifications for Success:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a sales background (preferably in outside sales).
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and diligence in following up with prospects.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Successful completion of a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
$36-$40 per hour plus monthly bonuses.
