Dermatologist Physician

MCHC Health Centers is seeking a skilled Dermatologist to join our team in Mendocino and Lake counties. As a key member of our care team, you will provide medical dermatology services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.

• Evaluation and diagnosis of skin conditions
• Treatment of skin conditions, including skin biopsies, cyst removal, excisions, and injection of scars
• Referred out services, including MOHS, phototherapy, laser, and cosmetic dermatology

• Current, active Dermatology California license
• Currently Board Certified
• Current BLS certificate
• Possession of a furnishing license

• One or more years' experience in dermatology
• Bi-lingual (Spanish, English)

As a Dermatologist, you will receive limited supervision within a framework of performance standards, policies, and procedures. You may oversee and guide the work of other personnel.

• Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday
• Talking and listening on the telephone, writing, reading, and communicating one-on-one: 60% of time sitting, 20% of time walking, 20% of time standing
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and push up to 100 pounds (on wheels)
• Ability to hear staff on the phone and those who are served in-person and speak clearly in order to communicate information to clients and staff
• Vision adequate to read memos, registration forms, and other clinic documents
• High manual dexterity, with some repetitive hand and wrist motions
