Responsibilities
  • Provide daily hygiene care and assistance with activities of daily living to residents.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each resident's preferences and needs to deliver personalized care.
  • Accurately document and report any discrepancies or concerns to supervisors.
  • Apply safety, infection control, and risk management procedures to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Colorado State Certified Nursing Assistant License.
  • 3-6 months of experience in long-term care, preferably.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Working Conditions

This role requires medium-heavy physical work, including heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling objects up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up in excess of 45 pounds of force repeatedly to move objects. You will also stand and walk constantly during working hours, with occasional sitting, kneeling, squatting, and reaching above shoulder height and fine motor control with fingers. Additionally, you may be exposed to blood-borne pathogens, body excretions, and communicable diseases.
