We are seeking a highly skilled Nail Technician to join our team at Ventana Canyon Alliance LLC. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nail care services to our guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional and friendly nail care services to our guests, including manicures, pedicures, and nail treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all company and state board guidelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat appointments and referrals.
- Upsell nail services, retail, and other spa services to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience.
- Monitor inventory and stock nail area with supplies as needed.
- Answer phones and return calls, as needed, to provide excellent customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; completed 500 hours at a recognized beauty college and passed the Arizona State Board exam preferred.
- Nail Technician license preferred; state manicurist/cosmetologist license required.
- Proven experience working as a nail technician; ability to analyze activities and/or information independently and stay highly organized.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage a wide variety of activities at the same time.
