We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to our residents in a dynamic and supportive environment.
About the Role:- Provide clinical care to residents in accordance with nursing standards of practice, board of nursing, and Erickson Senior Living standards.
- Develop relationships with residents and their families, using a consistent caregiver approach to support their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
- Assess, observe, and evaluate resident's clinical condition, document findings in the resident electronic medical record, and notify the provider and/or RN when necessary.
- Update or modify care plans as needed to reflect any changes to a resident's care and service needs.
- Supervise and lead care associates, administer medications timely, accurately, and according to orders.
- Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care, respond to residents, family, or responsible parties in a timely and professional manner.
- Competitive hourly rate of $29.00-$39.00 per hour* + Shift Diff (PT/FT Rates)
- 401k for all employees 18 and over, with company contribution up to 3% once eligible.
- Onsite physicians group dedicated to only serving Erickson Senior Living residents.

- Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred.
- A passion to care for seniors and be a strong resident advocate.
