Butler America Aerospace, LLC is seeking an experienced Additive Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D printing and manufacturing processes, with a focus on developing efficient and effective solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement 3D printing processes that meet manufacturing requirements
• Create new products using various composites, textile, coating, foam, and additive manufacturing technologies
• Test and document new products, including processing conditions and test results
• Develop best practices for additive manufacturing processes
• Generate optimized build files for high-quality parts
• Monitor builds and research new 3D printable materials

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in additive manufacturing
• Working knowledge of 3D printing processes and Solidworks, Rhino, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant materials science discipline or equivalent experience
