Job Summary:

Wireless Zone, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Wireless Sales Consultants. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting Verizon products and services, and meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Engage customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Educate customers on Verizon products and services, including devices, plans, and accessories.
  • Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales goals through selling techniques, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Post-Sales Support: Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Enthusiasm: Enthusiasm for technology and wireless products.
