Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience in AI, technology, or regulatory compliance strategy;

  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities;
  4. Practical business acumen and judgment;
  5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.

Minimum Requirements

  1. A minimum of 5 years of legal experience;
  2. Juris Doctor degree and membership in one state bar or equivalent;
  3. A blend of experience in corporate law firms and in-house legal departments.
