Job Description

Overview

GPM Investments LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our expanding team of retail professionals. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a diverse team of 8 to 15 members to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
    • Ensure the store is stocked with fresh products and meets company standards.
  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
    • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve store profitability.
  • Recruitment and Training
    • Recruit, hire, and train new team members to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance and productivity.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older for AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO/ 21 years of age for all other states
  • Retail and/or food management experience
  • Willingness to work any shift as needed, offering flexibility and adaptability
  • Occasional travel for regional and district meetings
  • Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to clear a pre-employment drug screen and criminal history check
