Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions in Mukwonago, WI. This role offers an opportunity to support a successful mid-sized organization with a casual work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for over 200 employees with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilize ADP Workforce Now to perform all deductions work and ensure compliance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues with payroll-related inquiries.
  • Support the HR team with employee relations and other related tasks.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience processing payroll in ADP WFN.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree desired but not required.
  • Excellent work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex information effectively.
