Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying high-quality finishes to concrete surfaces, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure project completion, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
* Apply advanced techniques to smooth, level, and finish concrete surfaces* Utilize various tools and equipment to achieve precise results* Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge* Contribute to a positive, respectful work culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion

Requirements:
* Proven experience in concrete finishing or related field* Excellent physical fitness and ability to work in challenging environments* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities* High school diploma or equivalent required

Salary Range:
$65,000 - $85,000 per year (dependent on experience)
