Job Description:

Surveying Services:

We require a detail-oriented Cartographic Drafting Technician to assist in preparing boundary, ALTA, and topographic surveys using design software. Key responsibilities include deed research, deed plotting, and collaboration with team members and supervisors to deliver comprehensive project outcomes.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in Carlson Software and AutoCAD is desired
  2. Excellent technical problem-solving abilities with strong mathematical aptitude
  3. Strong computer and communication skills
  4. A high level of motivation and drive in a fast-paced work environment
  5. A passion for delivering exceptional results as part of a collaborative team
  6. Previous experience in project-based settings is beneficial
