Requirements:
  • Current license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare setting, with previous experience in home health preferred.
  • Ability to travel to patient homes within designated geographic area.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
  • Current CPR certification.
