Are you a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) passionate about making a difference in the lives of students? Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced SLP to join our team in a school district near Colton, CA.

**Job Summary:**

  • We are looking for a highly skilled SLP to provide direct and indirect services to students in elementary and high school settings.

**Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech therapy services to students with varying levels of need.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Assess student communication skills and develop strategies to improve language and literacy skills.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals and objectives.

**Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • California SLP License.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and parents.

**What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $48-$57 per hour, based on level of experience.
  • Full-time position with 40 hours per week.
  • Same pay for direct and indirect services.
  • Weekly pay and benefits package including insurance coverage for medical, dental, and vision.
  • 401k retirement plans.
