About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher/Utility Team Member to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes - Manhattan Beach. As a key member of our bakery operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our bakery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sanitation and Cleaning: Manually wash, rinse, and sanitize all baking pans, dishes, utensils, and other tools in a thorough and timely manner, adhering to all company standards.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies, notifying management when replenishment is required.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Gather and remove garbage, sweep, and mop floors, and clean floor drains.
  • Workstation Maintenance: Clean, sanitize, and restock the workstation, ensuring all cleaning supplies are prepared for the next shift.
  • Support and Collaboration: Assist team members in cleaning and organizing workstations as needed, and support other team members in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Age and Education: Must be 18 years of age or older, with no formal education or work experience required.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a Dishwasher or in another operational support role at a bakery, restaurant, or foodservice environment is a plus.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to perform repetitious, physical tasks that require strength to lift items of moderate to heavyweight (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time.
Work Environment and Availability

Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on changing business demands.
