Job Summary

The CT Technologist performs routine and specialized imaging procedures using ionizing radiation, adhering to established professional and departmental standards. You will be responsible for producing high-quality computerized tomography images for use by physicians in diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform CT scans and other imaging procedures as required
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the imaging process
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or Computed Tomography
  • Experience in CT scanning and imaging procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
