About the Role:
The Occupational Therapist (OT, OTR) in Home Health is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment. Based on this assessment and evaluation, the Occupational Therapist develops a treatment plan, performs interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well-being, and evaluates the patient's progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patient care needs
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
- Perform interventions to enhance patient well-being and functional status
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Requirements:
- Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
