OR Nurse

We are seeking an experienced OR Nurse to join our surgical team at Atrium Health University City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the overall success of our department.

• Provide direct patient care in the operating room, including preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care.
• Collaborate with anesthesia providers, surgeons, and other members of the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care.
• Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
• At least 2 years of experience as an OR nurse.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods.

Atrium Health offers a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you may also be eligible for bonuses, benefits, and professional development opportunities.
