Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Aurora Valley. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Ensure assigned residents receive their medication and treatments as ordered in the respective care plans.
  • Act as a leader to support a team of LPNs and CNAs.
  • Completion of all assigned assessments as ordered by RCM and DON.
Requirements
  • Current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state.
  • Knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
  • Ability to speak, understand, read, and write in English proficiently.

Pay Transparency Statement: Compensation for roles at Aurora Valley varies depending on a wide array of factors, including location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The hourly or salary range for this role is $46-50 per hour, depending on experience.
