Williamson Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our Labor and Delivery department. As an Obstetric Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to expectant mothers and their newborns, ensuring a safe and supportive environment throughout the birthing process.
About Williamson Health
Located in Franklin, Tennessee, we are one of the South's most exceptional health care systems, with a 203-bed hospital and over 40 providers at our medical group locations. Our comprehensive services include in-patient and out-patient care, with more than 825 providers representing over 70 medical specialties and sub-specialties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized care to patients, assessing their needs and developing effective plans to meet those needs
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
• Maintain accurate records and documents, adhering to hospital policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and community partners
Requirements:
• Licensed by the State of Tennessee
• Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire
• At least one year perinatal experience preferred
• Certified Lactation Consultant, preferred
• NRP certification within six months of hire
• ACLS certification or agree to obtain within six months of hire
• Level I, Level II, and fetal monitoring within 1 year of hire

Estimated Salary:
$75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
