Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated **Internal Medicine Physician** with specialized training and experience in geriatrics to provide exceptional care to our elderly patients. This role involves working within a collaborative interdisciplinary team, focusing on delivering high-quality healthcare to vulnerable older adults.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive home-based primary care and long-term care services.
  • Engage in future opportunities to broaden your expertise in geriatric clinical care.
  • Participate in educational initiatives for residents and fellows in geriatrics.
Work Schedule

This position offers a **Monday through Friday** schedule from **8 AM to 5 PM**. On-call responsibilities will be managed from home, requiring availability for **1 or 2 days per week** and **1 or 2 weekends per month** initially.
