Position Overview: We are seeking experienced professional installers with crews of 8 or more to install, repair, and maintain various roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, Metal, Tile, and Shingles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation and repair of residential and commercial roofing systems.
  • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
  • Perform general labor tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in roofing with a resume, portfolio of previous work, and references.
  • Must have $1 million General liability and workers' compensation insurance.
  • Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
  • Reliable transportation to job sites.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.

Compensation: Pay per square foot price.
