Summary Description

Gotham Technology Group seeks a dedicated Manager, Systems Integrations to join their team. This role is integral in overseeing and enhancing the integration of applications within their IT environment. The Manager will work closely with the Senior Manager, Integrations and Reporting, to lead the development and maintenance of both standard and custom integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange across systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of integrations, particularly with enterprise resource planning systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to secure consensus and ensure project progress.
  • Manage a team of consultants in designing, developing, and optimizing integrations.
  • Coordinate with application teams, vendors, and clients to address complex scenarios and ensure data integrity.
  • Investigate and resolve data issues, maintaining consistency across all systems.
  • Explore new integration technologies and collaborate on the development of standard operating procedures and knowledge base improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data integration and relational databases.
  • Expertise in analyzing business requirements and managing integration platforms like integration platform as a service and enterprise service bus.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, SQL Server, C#, Python, and iterative development methodologies.

Work Environment

Gotham Technology Group offers a hybrid work model requiring in-office presence three days per week.
