Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes, ensuring a seamless transition for patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to drive improved patient outcomes and service excellence.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to nursing staff to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Assist with staff scheduling and resource allocation to ensure optimal patient care.

Requirements

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 90 days of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification required within 90 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse with an Associate Degree.
