Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Studio Operations Supervisor who is eager to acquire valuable hands-on experience in the management sector within a company that prides itself on a positive workplace culture.
Key Attributes
This position demands an individual who is exceptionally organized, polished, articulate, and possesses a keen eye for detail, ensuring that errors are minimized.
Learning and Growth
While prior management experience is beneficial, a strong desire to learn and take full responsibility for assigned tasks until completion is essential.
Work Schedule
The studio operates from Monday to Sunday (8 AM - 8 PM), and the schedule will include both weekday and weekend shifts as required.
Core Responsibilities
1. Oversee subordinate staff in their daily operations.
2. Ensure that project and departmental milestones and goals are achieved while adhering to approved budgets.
3. Develop and manage a monthly staffing schedule.
4. Handle recruitment across various departments, including photography and reception, while creating onboarding and training protocols.
5. Establish and refine procedures to enhance portrait quality and operational efficiency.
6. Ensure that technological platforms and other studio functions operate seamlessly.
Qualifications
1. Proficient in both Windows and Mac operating systems.
2. MS Office Certification is advantageous.
3. A minimum of 5 years of management experience.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Exceptional organizational abilities.
6. Professional personal presentation.
